Galaxy @ 240lbs

Just started training serious again a couple weeks ago. Took a couple months off. Wont go into reasons.

Bulking , but trying to stay lean as possible while doing so. Not asking for much, just all muscle while losing fat.LOL
 
How do I post for non plats . I used to be able to right click on my uploaded photos and copy and paste the properties, but it wont let me right click it?

You look a lot like my old best friend, he was a little bigger, by about 10lbs, most of it was in his back. I'll post some picks of him and me when I get access to a scanner. He died last year at 22yrs old, he used to be a member on here before I was, I can't remember what his call sign was though. You've been out of the gym for a couple of months and your still that defined? Wish I had it like that.

It was either a heartattack or an anyeurism. His family still won't tell anybody exactly what he died from but his brother slipped and told me that the coroner said that his heart was enlarged and something about one of his ventricles. I don't know for sure, I wish I did. Its had me messed up ever since, he always used moderate cycles, never anything extreme but he did coke, painkillers, benzo's, drank moderately, took stackers before every workout, took up smoking for the thermogenic effect, etc. He abused the shit out of his body. Things seemed to go downhill after this show he did where he used lasix and thyroid hormone. I remember in the few weeks leading up to his death, he had gone to the doctor and was given beta-blockers to take. After that he just proggressively got worse. He was playing with some heavy duty painkillers so that might have been a factor too.

shit , I was aiming to 220 lbs and 5 % bodyfat , that was my goal

But after looking at galaxys pic's , he has the physique that I want , so I will have to aim for 240 lbs , LOL

What is your bodyfat % bro ? And how tall are you ? What is the size of your arms ( I mean flexing , cold )
