New member
Running 400mg test c ew, new super DMZ.
Training is as follows
Legs heavy low rep mon
Upper body heavy low rep tues
Legs light high rep thur
Upper ligh high rep fri

Diet is pretty much
Oatmeal, 4-6 eggs
Then split up threw out the day I have two whole rotisserie chickens, 4 sweet potatoes, pre workout I also have a cup of brown rice, broccoli, cream of mushroom soup for flavor with chicken. Some days will add tilapia, lean brisket or steak. Drink 1.5 gallons of water and half gallon whole milk.

Any ideas? Oh I do work out side and it like 95 degrees right now. July and August are going to really suck this year.

Oh yea I forgot I'm not on eb so most you don't know me.
I'm 33
203lbs
5'11"
Around 12-14% bf I fluctuate a lot
I'm on trt so no pct.
This is probably around cycle #8-9

up the cals.. up the intensity in the gym.. rest more

Increase cals, its all diet. I wasn't gaining a pound on 500test600eq eating 3300 cals and I'm 175@8%. Weight is coming on nicely at 4000 with no fat gain

Maybe my dam app is wrong then cause according to it I'm getting just over 5k cals. Intensity is pretty good I'm usually sore still by the time I hit it again. Rest maybe a problem my job is intense and I work 10-16hrs a day. Kinda funny though I get pumps while working. I was worried maybe it's the new DMZ. I'm starting week 6 and started DMZ on week 5.

sometimes.. it doesnt matter what you are eating.. just eat more. building muscle requires a lot of cals.

Yes...

It's also going to be hard to eat what you require for caloric surplus from super clean food sources so you may have to throw some crap in the mix.

BTW pro tip, keep track of calories like a hawk.

95 degrees...sounds nice! Reminds me of winter :)

People forget that their anabolic cycle MUST match up with their training cycle. What are you doing in training to ENSURE that you will be getting bigger and stronger?

you merely caught up cause you were so skinny before.. hell at your height and weight you still are pretty skinny. now its gonna take lifting big and eating big to keep gaining. its not as simple as just injecting oil and magically gaining muscle.. you gotta gain those precious few pounds, come off... then go back on and try to blast through another plateau.

challenging huh? thats why 99% of people look like shit and bodybuilding is so hard.. most guys quit this lifestyle cause its pretty damn hard.. its not like fishing or some other hobby, this takes a lot more dedication. so you can either be content gaining a couple more pounds and finish your cycle strong.. this means learning from mistakes and changing your workouts and what you eat. or you can just stay 200 pounds at 6 feet and be content with that .. set a goal and push for it. it could be a lifting goal or it could be a weight goal.. or it could be imagining yourself looking bigger

Shit is I have been up to 230lbs not eating or working as hard as I am now. I got off trt for 6 months and dropped to 185lbs in 4 weeks I'm back to 202lbs. When I started DMZ that's when the gains stopped maybe I need to throw some burgers in there like I have to when I run tren. I lift extremely hard my buddy is on gear he is 240lb and can't keep up.

LOL. Yea Im not one of those guys that try to let the gear do all the work. I'm the guys that would love to stay in the gym for hours but I know I can't and it pisses me off.

what is your TRT dose?...
when i cycle, i do either:
1. run pretty high test-olny (because my body is used to the trt dose, which might be your prob)
2. just run the trt dose and add other shit like npp or tren
isnt DMZ a cutter? idk much about it, are you getting leaner?

Hey man I have come to realize I have to eat 5500 calories a day to gain while I'm up at work. I work 10-12 hours a day quite physical for stretches of 14 days at a time strait. If I'm not consistently hitting 5000 or more I lose weight rapidly, regardless of gear or not. Eating 5500 cals a day is a daunting task and I have a hard time doing it, and when I do it, I am always so full and bloated at work that I feel like shit.

Ride it like you stole it!!

You just added 200 mgs to what you take normally. How much do you expect to gain for that?

for me on SD i stopped the ridiculous strength gain after 4 weeks but for the next 2 weeks i continued to gain size. lost a few kg of glycogen after pct but i ate hard and trained hard and made small gains in my lifts. put on a little bit of fat bulking through pct but everythings coming off nicely

You need more rest man. Your lifting a body part twice a week with high intensity being one of those work outs, in the heat! Focus a good solid 1&1/2-2 hrs on one body part once a week. keep the high rep high intensity stuff out for a wile. Letting your muscles rest and letting the soreness leave before getting another work out in is detrimental. Good luck..

This was my thought. I normally try to bulk in the winter when it's cool and it's slow season at work but we didn't have either one this year. Ok cool I will split it up. Thanks.

I hear ya as i work 10-14hrs construction, i couldn't train like you are i'd be dead in a few weeks.

You may need to adjust your food intake. Your probably need more food. Also may be a good time to switch your workout routine up.
