gaining mass while dropping bf?

ive done it while on var only cycle.
 
I also did takind HGH , Eq and winny .

Low- moderate carbs , high protein , low fat . Cardio 3 x a week , weight training 5 x week

With or without gear. Also, what do you feel is a good nutritional breakdown when trying to achieve this. I was actually thinking 35% protein/ 35% carbs/ 30% fat for my upcoming bulker of 3500 calories a day.
 
Almost impossible without gear unless your bf is higher than 20% Even when on gear its not efficient. You are better off cycleing between cutting and mass gain. Youll get to your ultimate goal faster.

With gear I do better than most on a higher carb diet. You have to find what works best for you. I did it on 2500cals work out days and 2000cals non workout days.

Thanks for all the replys, I'm currently trying to figure out what works best for me, and on a var only cycle.
 
I've been trying to do this and have seen a little success. I try and eat a very "typical" diet menu, except I eat as much diet food as possible.....skinless chicken breasts, egg whites,whey, oats, sweet potatoes, etc... I do cardio 4x/week and lift 5x/week. The first 4 weeks I have dropped a good amount of fat and my weight has stayed the same. It's slowing down now and I'm starting to see the scale go down slowly.

Thats when I would drop the cardio all together. It's not easy, sometimes I just feel like giving up and pigging out :worried:

True,
Starting cutting about 6 weeks before cycle.
dropped down to 144lbs at 4.5% BF
Now on week 10 of a test/primo/var
and I'm at 162 and around 5%
My diet has been almost completely the same.
