anyone know any methods? i'm 5'8", 22 years old, and haven't grown a cm in at least 7 years. things i've heard about are: human growth hormone, pilates, drinking lots of hormone treated milk, etc. i have looked on google, but it only turns up sales gimmicks. i am all ears.

sorry to break it to you buddy, but you are done growing, you will be 5'8" to your dying day...unless of course you shrink in old age

I'm 5'6". The only problem I have with my height is hearing beatches tell me they think I'm hot, but too short for them.

Your only alternative right now is a Russian surgical procedure, the one show in Gattica. It actually exists. Basically the long bones in your legs are surgically cut in several places. Over a long period of time ( i.e. 6 months to a year ), braces on your legs are slowly lengthended. The bone keeps breaking and healing, lengthing to compensate for how it si being seperated. Yes this is about as extreme as you can get.

Growth hormone only works before closure of your growth plates. And, at 22, that has already happened my friend. Sorry. GH at this point will only cause acromegaly.

My brother is 5'9, my father is 5'10

You never know, Look at basketball player David robinson and his growth spurt in college. He had a big fight with the airforce about going pro and part of his argument was that now after colllege he was too tall to fit in the cockpit. He grew alot, several inches. But most likely thats it for ya.

Yup the leg breaking and healing thing is the only thing out there, but its mainly for midgets.. Of course if its done in Russia its prolly purty darn cheap.

Wonder what Robinson was taking, supplement wise or other.
