i gained 8lbs in 4 days of not working out. How is this possible i went on vacation. I am on anavar but i dont know if it was 8lbs of fat or muscle. I also only ate at most 2000 calories i had 2 meals a day from goin out to restuarants

8lbs of water maybe. Depending if you were really dehydrated before your vacation. i've spiked 10-12lbs in a day because of being dehydrated.

read the literature var is prescribed for weight gain. prescribing info says nuthin bout workin out. you WILL gain weight on var if calories esp. protein is high even if you dont work out. and i respectfully disagree that it is water weight. not many estrogenic sides with the dose you are taking.

That's why I asked about his carb intake. v.ar doesn't cause much water weight gain as you said. However - it also doesn't give you 8 lbs of muscle in a week, especially on a low cal diet like he's on.

8 lbs of muscle in a week on v.ar and a low cal diet? Not very likely.

I did actually and that was my first break longer then a day in about 4 months.

And im not on a low cal diet but on vacation i only ate 2 meals a day so it could of been from 1200-2000 calories a day i was getting

u think that is the cause why i gained more weight? and what would the weight be gained muscle that was trying to build all this time

Sometimes rest and recovery are as important as actual training. Food factors big into this too. You can get away with a lot of extra calories for short periods of time, though this doesn't sound like what was going on here. Rest does a body good.

im just gunna throw this out there, but its hard to know what your getting at a restourant when you eat there... alot of times you can easily hit 2,000 cals in one multi course meal at a restourant

i saw a thing about that shit sublime, thats why i said 1200-2000 because i know around how much calories these foods have. now if i was eating a cheeseburger or something they can be from 1000-2000 calories alone but i stayed away from that. But even if i was eating more then 2000 calories i dont think i would gain 8 pounds.

and jacshelb i dont know what ur trying to say. Are u saying i gained more muscle for not working out for 4 days because i had rest?

you can fluctuate 8 pounds in a day due to water retention alone. really dont think anything happened. did you fly? that definately affects water retention.

Not saying the var was the cause of water weight. Being really dehydrated because of work, such as construction workers, then taking time away from work and consuming more fluids could easily sway 8lbs in a week.

no i didnt fly, my weight never jumps up like this. And lets pretend like im not on anavar would u still say its water

i dont see 8 pounds jumping on that quick with anavar, so i could still see it being water retention along with other factors. vacations and schedule changes can have impacts that we dont readily see.
