Gained 17 lbs and only 4 weeks into my 10 week cycle

Current stats
height - 6'ish
weight 215ish lbs.
Training history -been training approx 3 years total.
Cycle history - have done 3 short cycles from 6-8 weeks and another one that was 13 weeks.
BF -12-13%ish (I think it's a little less and bloat is giving perception of more bodyfat than I really have)

Aight guys I have gotten more bloat than expected which REALLY sucks b/c I vowed to never sacrifice looking good just to gain muscle at a faster rate, but figured i'm at the point of no returna dn thought i'd take it like a man.

Anyways even with my 17-18ish lb gain i've only gained no more than 1/2 inch on my waist. I'm estimating i've only had a few lbs of increase in fat from this "cheat week" I had last week and the rest is water. What do you guys think, could 1/2 an inch increase be attributed to more than just bloat?

Diet is back on track (high protein, low GI carbs first 3 meals of he day, good fats, approx 3200-3500 cals a day) so i'm hopin to cut down a little before cycle is over and make some more gains.

post up the cycle.sounds like you hit on something great for you and maybe some of us.would like to see diet breakdown also. great gains!!!!!!!!
 
Def. water bloat. Change your screen name to cactus (holding all that water)! Just kidding bro, keep up the good work. I would love to see some pics of before and after.

Afraid i agree. I can't imagine that much gain, especially on a fourth cycle, without much of it being water.

Are you taking any anti-e's?

I'm taking nolva 20mg ED and proviron 50mg ED.

I think i'm gunna try adex .25mg EOD and see if that helps any with the bloat.

I'm not even doubting a decent amount of the weight gain is from bloat, regardless my straight is through the roof. I was doin flat DB chest at 5x5 . It's a new routine so first time i've ever done em like this. Anyways, did 3x5 with a pair of 100s then did 1x5 with a pair of 110s then did another 1x5 for 100 after that. I haven't had this kinda strength since I was like 240 and 20% BF. Right now i'm about 13ish% BF and 215ish. not too shabby.

post up pics and prove'm wrong.there is no doubt some of it is water weight,but 18lbs of water weight in 4 wks is doubtful. show them what up got!
 
I asked him to post cycle a week ago,but he"s to busy defending his weight gain issue. I wish he would post pics and cycle and we can call bs or not on his weight gain. Guilty until proven innocent without pics.
 
oops, sorry guys I kinda forgot about this thread, I'm compiling before/after pics and will post em up for you guys in the next few days.
