Not possible bro. HHHHMMMMMM... let's see, I was in a car accident four weeks ago today. I was out of the gym for three weeks. I'm the type that if I don't eat often and go to the gym, I lose about 5lbs every few days. I started at 144.5llbs at 6'4 and my all time high was around 271. Due to work and other things I leveled out around 250-259 depending on the week. After the car accident and no gym time, I went down to 231 or so. The other night on two different gym scales, I was 250 (a few lbs heavier on the outside one with sneaks off but clothes on and yes, I was naked on the bathroom one.). I don't mean to sound like a prick, but did you ever hear of muscle memory and your muscles getting filled back up after being carb depleted? You know, like what happens to a bodybuilder the first few days/weeks after a show?!
What I'm trying to say is, I would have gotten back to 250 eventually, probably in 2-4 weeks, but with this I was able to get back to where I was in one. Understand now guy?
