Great squatting. In a different thread you said you used to powerlift, do you like the change to bodybuilding?

I'd like to know also, but I think Stone was asking why you both are stocking up on junk food since you are less than a week away from a show? Like, when are you going to eat it, before the show maybe for muscle fullness or after for a reward of hardwork?

That's for carb loading and for looking fuller onstage.
 
Yeah its for all of that. :)

Yes I use to powerlift. Too many injuries.

Also just hired IFBB pro PHil Hernon to work with this offseason. :)
