i could be wrong but i dont think there has ever been a bb'er who was as large as him at that 18 yo. look at cutler and arnold he would have crushed both of them imo

but yeah this kid is a freak. i give him till hes 25-26 till he wins it.
 
Trey Brewer was way bigger at his age and is only 23 now. He was 300lbs off season at age 20.

Kid looks great though for sure. He will be the next Lee Priest. 5'4" guys always get dwarfed on stage by the guys that are 5'9" +.

Shit, if I was 5'5 and at my same weight, I could compete at the under 202's and kick ass.

Thing about short guys is that they don't struggle with getting in the necessary calories to get huge. A guy at 5'6 can get in 4500 calories a day at 200 lbs lean and look like a beast. David Henry competes at under 202 and is a freaking monster.

Try being 6'2" and supplying your body with enough calories to pack on serious mass. It's a damn chore.

thats not always the case. i eat 7000 cals per day at 5'5'' 232 lbs 20% bf. if i eat less i will stop growing

IUt's the Big O....there are more than 10,000 bodybuilders in the world that look even better than him and will NEVER even qualify to be in the Olympia

Let's see if he wins a qualifier first....then we'll talk

There is a lso a lot of politics involved, and public relations, etc...

No anyone can just be an Olympian

no one liky you or me maybe so but you have to admit he is clearly a top level competitor at a young age just like a couple other greats where. yeah the politics are simple. if the crowd likes you then you will get the good offers. if you accept the good offers your in. show me 1 person that is not an olympic competitor that looked better than him at his age. from the pics i have seen i dont think any of them have other than arnold and that is only a maybe imo. he's def gonna get there. i think he will win one.

im one of those calorie guys. 2000 a day and im 195 with about 6 to 10 pounds to drop for full 6 abs out. im 5'5" and been off since august. on i was over 200 with maybe 2200 to 2400 calories a day.

bro, no offense, but the guy is tiny. Compared to people who even QUALIFY for an ironman or a qualifier for a Mr. O, he needs years and years of hard work, with exceptional genetics, which I cannot see that he has very clearly. He may have good genetics, but he's not exactly a Dexter, an Arnold, a Coleman or a Cutler.

There IS a shitload more politics that you think in bodybuilding competitions let alone Mr. O - it is NOT all about whether the crowd likes you or not...they're pre-judging, there is public relations, there is a lot more, believe me...

Seriously though, he's on the right track to win a few nationals, maybe some qualifiers a LONG time from now...but the Olympia - very unlikely...

you do relize that was dexture in 1992 and it took him another 16 years to be mr olyimpia in 2008 a total of almost 20 yrs of training.
That was jay back at age 19 after 3 years of training in 1991 and it took jay another 15 years to be mr olyimpia a total of almost 20 years of training.

this kid is young who knows where he will be at in 17 years down the road , maybe mr O with 20 years of training. But he is no where close now and who says he will hang in their untill his mid 30's to win mr O.
a long road awaits that kid , in 2026 who knows what the competetion will be on stage

good point. i always look at king kamali. if you havent seen him before he went pro, check it out, looked amazing. now i see him at my gym and its been like 20 years later. he is over 300 pounds and monstorous but lost all of his aesthetics and symmetry and he will never have a chance to be a top 6 ever. once these guys go pro and they are forced to push, most of the time they lose everything that made them get to pro status. its a tough industry. just getting to nationals and being taken seriously is hard enough. from there, the top of the mountain is a long journey. like ive said before, its an expensive hobby to have to win plastic trophies cause very few will ever earn a penny doing it.
 
Kid has excellent genetics and porportions. Give him about 5 or so more years getting everything dialed in and he'll be a serios contender.

Trye has lacked the shape. His mass is fine. He's getting better though. I saw a video of him from a workout he did just like last week prepping for the NPC nationals. His arms are ridiculous this year and he has really made huge improvements in his physique quality and aesthetics. I hope he gets a card this year.

he had freaky legs early on in his career but then he layed off training them and they lost some of the freaky size, but i guess it was for balance.

trey's quads when MD did that movie of him, his quads were rediculous! I still havn't seen that new vid leading up to the Nationals, I thought someone said they were giong to wait a couple weeks before releasing it?

Dave Palumbo and his crew did a personal shoot with him during an arm training session. That's what I saw.
