a friend of mine just bought a new bench shirt and he gave me his old titan fury which he only used a few times. its a size 48 but im only a size 44, i thought it would be too big, but it seems to fit pretty well. I tried it on and it took about 185lbs to touch. My bench is around 300lbs.
i figure i should get a few lbs out of it but its really tears at the skin on the back of my tris and chest area. Is this because of the wrong size or do many people have these problems with bench shirts. I get dark bruised lines. Thanks for ur info
