This sucks! One of friends just got caught last week crossing the Mexican border and was slaped with a 5,000,000 fine, but got it lowered to 500.00 instead...it was handle locally by the customs and wasn't punished by the DEA. Anyways, is he screwed if he wanted to go to the army or work a gov. job now?
