Froot Loops and Bench press.

My Boy Friend (who is way hard he benches 225 for a set of 8 with only 2 spotters), said that if I eat Fruit Loops 15.2min before working out and 8.6 min after working out, I can get crazy pumps and add 10lbs to my bench press in a week.

Does this sound good, I already made mad gains from 135-175lbs in 6 month's so I am already super hard, but this sounds like it will work. After that I will do a cutting cycle and eat lots of frosted flakes as they are good for cutting.

last study i read said that 15.2 minutes was too short, your body will absorb the sugars and have them ready to reach maximum strength and muscle hardness at 11.78 minutes. best bet is to prep the bar around 7 minutes and draw your crowd at the 10.5 minute mark. be sure to clear a space for your victory dance and crab pose ceremony after setting your new sugar enhanced PR!

Cool thanks, I will tell my Boy friend that and see what he says. I'm stronger then him also.

I like your workout paln but I think i need to get a few ez bar curl sets in there becasue my bies are lacking and I need to cut.

What do you think?
