My Boy Friend (who is way hard he benches 225 for a set of 8 with only 2 spotters), said that if I eat Fruit Loops 15.2min before working out and 8.6 min after working out, I can get crazy pumps and add 10lbs to my bench press in a week.
Does this sound good, I already made mad gains from 135-175lbs in 6 month's so I am already super hard, but this sounds like it will work. After that I will do a cutting cycle and eat lots of frosted flakes as they are good for cutting.
