I've been reading some posts over at musclemag that while frontloading would THEORETICALLY decrease the time it takes to get to a therapeutic level, but in practice it merely increases the sides. In other words, frontloading gives you acne but no strength gain over normal cycling.
THere have been a ton of posts here about theory, but has any one tried it both ways (with and without frontloading) ?
