From 41 inches waist to 33.8 inches in 8 weeks and bigger arms at the same time

Well , EVEN if my arms remained the same size I would still say that I GAINED something because I lost so much fat , that if I didn't have gained anything they would sure be smaller by now , and they are bigger at LEAST 0.5 inches.

They ARN"T BIGGER. They appear larger due to the new defintion you have. NO measurements no care. You can't judge based on omg I look bigger. SOrry.

Sorry but they are BIGGER , I can feel but how tight are the shirts AND DO you think I threw those numbers out of the water ?

I did measure MY ARMS before and after and even if I SOMEHOW measured WRONG I can clearly say that they are at least 0.5 inches bigger as I am ALSO stronger all across the board BTW . I would say that PURECEE played a big role , see I was OFF CREATINE for 3 years and then I started using the best creatine EVER . I think that played a big role

nice work, nice to see someone doing it by hardwork, instead of the usual "I am 25% bodyfat, do you think dnp is for me"....
I've dropped about the same amount, 6.5" in around 10 weeks, makes a huge difference in your appearance
 
I do it every year...I only put on fat in my belly area...I dont gain more than 20lbs though...When I bulk up in the winter..I pack on an extra 20lbs in fat...sucks ass..and by june1 the weight is gone and I dont lose any muscle mass...I dont get the debate over losing muslce when losing fat...If your not overdoing it..you can make nice muslce gains and lose fat....any medical studies on this...

Over 20 % you are so out of shape that it is not worth to take performace enhacing drugs , if there is no performance what exactly are you going to enhance ?

about the appearance , yeah man what a huge ,insane difference ..that is for sure

I was getting ready so now I can start my cycle and get my body to where I want .

It was not easy by any means, actually at some points I almost went insane when thinking and dreaming with food ) but modesty aside I did a very good job .

In 8 weeks I slashed 7.2 inches of my waist and my arms are a bit bigger as they went from 17.3 inches to 18 inches flexing at home .

Start - 237 pounds - 41 inches waist
Finish - 209 pounds - 33.8 inches waist

I would roughly estimate that I lost 32 pounds of fat and gained around 5 pounds of muscle .

I would say I am probably around 10-12 % now , so it is time to start my cycle and ( last cycle was january 2002 ) get my body to 215 lbs and 5 % bodyfat :) , at least I hope LOL .

if anyone's interested I will show diet , suplements and training program :)

post up your studies otherwise everything is flawed. How are you going to increase the size of a muscle without increasing the intake of food being over maintenance calories? If you are on aas I can see it possible but not naturally. I'm going to go and say you measured wrong, at a diff time of the day, moreso after a workout or after a carbup etc...

I love to prove people wrong .

and BTW - it's simple.

Protein Synthesized due to muscular hypertrophy(i.e. you rip the muscle, and the muscle itself grows back bigger and larger) has to be >(Greater than ) Protein Catabolism(degradation).

With one restriction. The protein synthesized due to exogeneous means must be within the boundaries of a person's ability to generate protein synthesis.

If all this is true + the restriction....you grow. Even on lowered calories
