I've had the same one off and on for 8 years. When she gets to serious I pull back, or I'll hurt her feelings and she'll pull back. She thinks I'm her "soulmate". She's been married 4 times (once in our time together), so maybe through the process of elimination she's right.
I'd hate to lose her friendship. At my age (44) booty calls are generally a low priority.

I always wondered what kind of damage smoking metal filings might cause? I believe most of the bowls I had (way past tense) were aluminum or brass.

Years ago I did it myself, but I always noticed little pieces of metal in with the black goo.
If you're a real desperato try using the same bong water for a few months, and then pour it out in a pan and let it sit long enough to evaporate. Then scape up the goo and smoke. Yuck, but it works.

I would think the lungs would do their job for this kind of limited case and filter any foreign objects out from general circulation within the body. I would doubt that such a small amount would be of much harm. Any macroscopic quantity would burn on the way down, since res hits require prolonged time in the flame, and I doubt that happened.

I did once while I was in the Marines, I made it very clear to her, look after my enlistment is up Im leaveing & Im not makeing a commitment for "X" number of days till my time here is up. She agreed to have casual sex & dateing without a commitment. However, once I started laying some pipe down on her she started to get a little needy & wanted a firm commitment outta me & spend every minute of my free time with her.
