i grew almst an in when i was 26... so you never know--- i am 30 now and didnt juice till i was 28.... he needs to develop and mature mentally and emotionally more as well because you need to have a solid idea of what your belief and value system is before adding an outside influence in your hormones because they can change your outlook on situations temporarily and if you aren't a solid person--- you may make really stupid decisions based upon how you feel at the time instead of acting on what you truly know is proper.
