The difference between my fresh and frozen chicken:

more sodium in the frozen, and it contains rib meat??/

WTF?

Is frozen chicken ok? The fresh is expensive all the time.



Plus, i had someone tell me this weekend that if you drink even one beer, your whole training for the week was pointless.

LOL....I don't think one beer would make your training pointless. May hinder your results but it's better than being a couch potatoe and drinking one beer.

My favorite trainer drank beer. Heck, pictures on her website show her holding a beer (no secret). She won the World's Strongest Woman Competition more than once.

LOL I don't think 1 beer will hurt you, if you're clean the rest of the week. But 1 = 1.............1 Does NOT = 10. So, literally, if you have 1 beer, you'll be fine.

I prefer boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I get them for $2.49 per pound. The frozen here are terribly expensive. You may find that, per pound, the fresh is cheaper. And they do use salt to process the meat.

Then, yes, that will F up your entire week. You can ruin a whole week of healthy living thru a weekend of bingeing, etc...
