Frequent Pissing????

Guys, got a question for you. This seems to happen every time I start putting on weight, whether naturally, or anabolically. I dunno if it's something in my diet or what, but every so often I will have a day where I have to piss...and piss....and piss. It drives me nuts, I know it's excess water, but why all at one time like this? I feel like friggin sir piss-a-lot, and it's literally pissing me off. I started a test-only cycle 11 days ago - and I did put on 10 pounds with some obvious water-weight, but what could I be doing to cause the occasional frequent piss days? Thanks for any help Bro's - I am going nuts.:confused:
 
i usually drink an 8oz glass every hour, sometimes 2 of them. I figure when thirsty better to drink water. water intake prior was pretty low actually.
 
In many cases frequent urination CAN be a sign of Diabetes. Not trying to scare you bro, but I went to the doc for the same thing..No diabetes.but i piss like a race horse. If you are getting up at night to piss more than 2 or 3 times..i'd check with your doc just to be safe. I went to the doc because i'd have to piss in the middle of a nice session with my gf, and she too was literally getting pissed...but she LOVED the morning pee hard ons..hehehehe...good luck!
 
Andy - it doesnt happen regularly, just when i seem to amass some water weight. happend with creatine as well. and when i piss - no color to it, it's str8 water. of course - i am back to normal now, but yesterday, after i worked out and got a hellacious pump, it started.
 
I train in the evenings and hit the h2o hard during my sessions, I also use ephedrine and that seems to make me piss like crazy.
Otherwise I am fine so for me I think the ephedrine has something to do with it.
 
Thanks for the replies guys. I think it's a combo of things - drinking a LOT of water, caffeiene, the stress my gf causes me, and of course the h20 retention from the Test - which by the way seems to be some goooood shit.

By the way SK - were you serious about the drinking h2o while on - keeping you lean? You still add some muscle right???? just not all the water weight?

there you go bro. You got your answer. drinking like an animal is the reason. I know I have the same problems everytime I juice.
 
Your water intake should be around .7 oz per lb of bodyweight as a minimum. Heavy training and hot climates dictate around 1 oz per lb. I go even higher when cycling, around 1.25 oz per lb.

As a note, if you drink only when you are thirsty then you are already partially dehydrated. Thirst is an indicator of dehydration.
