if so please post the routine.

i used it over a year ago with great gains but i want to see variations of the same. i dont want to repeat the program again verbatum, i dont like doing that as mentally its hard to push through chartered grounds.

its a method where he has 3 days of training, A, B, C. each day varies in intensity. your using a different training protocol every session. i may be using the wrong name, its what was always referred to around me.

I used his methodologies b4
got me shredded as hell but I couldnt gain muscle to save my life.
