so my buddy and i were at his dads shop. we go outside so he could drop me off at my dads house and its a huge complex and down at the other end of the building theres an office and on the other side a huge trash can and theres a guy in between there in full dark outfit(black hoodie,black pants,black shoes) we assumed it was a black guy couldn't even see his face it was at 10:45..
 
are you joking? why would you "assume it was a black guy?"
Maybe he was a she, or even worse, a white she?
and...whats the rest of the story?

srry it was around 2 here when i typed it up was tired af,but what the weird part was that he was staring at us when we were bout to leave... like he was already looking our way u and we looked at eachother for like 20 seconds then turned around to lock up then he was gone def up to no good. it wasnt a girl btw he was a built guy bout 5'10 5'11

it was more strange tho to see someone in a shop complex at 10:45 at night plus that complex has had break ins and trash stolen. btw that was in Spring Valley.. im not scared of blk ppl anyways plus i would have had a weapon to use if he did try to do something
