ghost, you train with high intensity and joint problems are inevitable. two weeks ago i inflamed my ac joint to the point you could see it protruding from my shirt! i took a handful of advil and trained through it. as long as it is not a tear, rotator cuff or something clearly serious i just train through it. if it continues go see a doc....... anything is better than an injury that could keep you out of the gym for six months. fuck that!holy ghost said:Look what the old cat dragged in! !!

Yo LB any advice for my 'tennis' elbows, i got some novacane patches on them right now, i ordered some straps, gloves, chalk , and ace bandages to wrap Preworkout
have been takinganti inflammitorys and icing/heating sequentially
