That is to say, it has been sitting there for 9 months. Those 9 months included about 3-4 months of winter, 4 months of mild temperatures and maybe 1-2 of elevated temperatures (Columbus, OH.) The bag was factory sealed and in the trunk so obviously no light exposure. smells fine. Is it still good (does it still have most of its nutritional value)?

Whats the expire date on it? If its sealed,,,should be ok,,,but if in worry ,,toss it and get some new.
