Hey bros, I was searching online for pics on a buddy of mine who competed in an NPC show a month ago and found this old pic of me. I was only 160lbs and hadn't touched any aas in 4 years, but damn did the dieting get out of control.... I look like a tennis player. After my current cycle I am actually just as lean if not leaner and weight 185 in the am before eating.

I actually didn't drop any weight or anything before the contest. I was already sitting pretty lean at 5'7" 165lbs so I just used some natural diuretics, dandelion, asparagus etc. I was WAY to thin, for some reason I kept dieting and dieting and didn't realize how small I got. I will post some recent pics if I can only get my freaking laptop to cooperate.

I started 3 months ago at 175lbs and am now at 185lbs so after all was said and done with my 14 weeker of test eq and primo base I gained 10 solid pounds, and dropped a hella mount of BF. I have never had striations and vascualrity in my chest shoulders and arms like this before.

5'7 and 165 shredded it actually really big...be proud!

What? LOL!!! It looks nice at the beach, but big?

5'7 @ 165 ripped looks great...

Thanks bros, I was actually kind of ragging on myself for being so small. It has only been a year and I have added 20lbs of muscle. But for all those using gear and all to get lean you can see that even with no gear, just strict diet you can lean down pretty well.

from the tiny picture I see you look great.Glad to know that even if I lose 35 lbs I will still look pretty jacked since were same height.

Just curious, are you saying you have added 20 pounds of muscle in a year without gear?
