Hello folks..
Require some information on the use of steroids. Ive spent hours reading threads and articles on some 'kind-of'' relative information. So i thought id sign up and get some specific information, recommendations or advice.
About me;-
Age: 26
Height: 6ft
Weight: 12st / 168lbs
Gym days - currently doing a 3 Day Full Body Workout. Alongside a 3day cardio.
Monday - Gym - Chest, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, abs, legs, calves
Tuesday - Soccer Training 60mins Cardio
Wednesday - Gym - Legs, calves, back, abs, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps
Thursday - Soccer Training 60mins Cardio
Friday - Gym - Back, chest, legs, triceps, biceps, calves, shoulders, abs
Saturday - Soccer Game 90mins Cardio
Sunday - Rest
I have a friend who takes steroids regularly and i have taken two cycles from him before, those were; 6week cycle of Anadrol in Summer 2011 and 4 week cycle of Dianabol in Spring 2012. Both occasions resulted with reasonable results with little to no side affects.
I dislocated my shoulder druning a game in june last year and after intense physio i only got back to the gym in December 2012. My size and shape that i had gained previously seemed to go to waist. Started at the bottom and made my way back to about 60% where i left off. Shoulder does not cause me any hassle now thanks to physio but i lost alot of size and weight and not really a great shape at the minute so ive decided to hit the juice again for a moral and physical boost. Kinda to get back where i left off. Cause im really struggling at the gym at the minute.
My friend can offer me Ddol or oxys this time round.. What sould i take to suit me best, if any of those?
OR - What steroids would you recommend? Or maybe even what training regime would you recommend or advise? I prefer strength over size.
I havent got a great diet either, but i try mybest to eat as much chicken, turkey and tuna as i can.
