P psizzle_8 Guest Aug 3, 2011 #2 When you do a low number of pumps like that you just have to spread out the squirts. One squirt on one shoulder, one on the other, etc.

deejleos New member Aug 3, 2011 #3 5 pumps twice a day across chest and abs is plenty, i put 3 pumps on chest and 2 pumps on abs
