12.7.03 - Bodyweight: 169
Today mark's my first official day of 5x5...and really of lifting seriously.
Chest:
Flat Bench:: 5x5 135 - (easy...but it's supposed to be)...slow negatives, pause just above chest, explosion up
Incline DB:: 2x8 60lb db - Actually failed on second set, only got 7 up.
Incline Fly:: 2x8 30lb db - Easy, can move up 5lbs or so
Dips:: 2x5 +50lbs - Again, failed last rep.
Tomorrow is Back.
