For those on the Keto diet what is your favorite things to eat? Thanks

double whopper with cheese and mayo. No bread and no veggies.
Bacon
peperoni
flax oil
fish oil
rib eye steak
70% lean ground beef
 
Yeah I am glad someone asked that. I am on it now and I was dying tonight for something to eat. Does anyone have any good ideas to mix it up. Say like a cool recipe or something.

burger patty with 2 strips of bacon, melted cheese on top

3 whole egg omelet with 4 stips on bacon and 2 chz stx melted inside

chicken breast deep fried in olive oil
 
Pork Scratchings (pork rinds)
Peperami Sticks
Cheese Omlette with bacon
fried chicken
100% beef burgers with melted cheese and mayo
low carb sausages
fried eggs (with bacon and sausages + tomato)
mushroom omlette
water
occasional diet coke
flax oil
nuts (but carbs here so watchit)
scrambled eggs + worcester sauce with shredded bacon
steak,pork and other high sat fat meats
whey

Also take 1000mg of ALA ED. This is usually enough to make the diet interesting but still a little bland. dont be too scared of sauces and stuff since the ALA can keep you in Keto... just get to know your body and experiment and you will be ok

Thanks even more. I am still going to mabye try to stay away from so much of the saturated fat stuff, I just dont see how it can be so good for you. Sugar free jello is good. Non breaded chicken wings. Thanks
 
Beef, as in steak, butter, and bacon, just had this for breakfast.

I have been on this type of diet for about 5 weeks, I am down 16 lbs, mostly fat. Was and still taking clen, just started a winny, deca, test cycle.

good luck, it works.
 
Check this out… I eat this like almost every meal when I do a CKD

A few cooked chicken breasts (I cook them on the BBQ grill)

Cut them up and put in a microwave bowl….
Add some egg salad…
Add some pepperoni slices…I cut them up with scissors into even smaller pieces
2 1 inch by 1 inch size white or yellow cheddar cheese…slice it up also add that to the bowl

put in microwave for 1 ½ minutes…take out…add one tbsp of low fat mayo and mix that in…then eat..

tastes like fucking fettuccine alfredo…..the melted pepperoni is the key as well as the cheese.

Trust me this is good stuff
 
also the addition of the egg salad is optional, ive only recently started doing that.... i always eat my egg salad warm..i hate it cold.

if you want to eat just egg salad...add some cheddar cheese and put in microwave.
 
Dont it ever get old,? But since I have just started this diet, oh how I love non breaded chicken wings. I cant wait to start eating them.

When u see more abs and cuts every few days….the food isn’t even a thought no more…the benefits out way the “boring foods”

but i love all that food...

So true, but i dont have abs:( but seeing sick results...........
 
Cube steak. Wal-Mart has some carb free Marinaid (sp?) that is real good too. Adds some flavor to your meat.


When I wanted pizza I put cheese on a plate covered it in pepperoni slices and then microwaved it for a min. Tasted great.

Pork Chops
Green Olives stuffed with Garlic
Sour Cream
Macadamias
Pepper Ham Omelet
Deviled Eggs
Cream cheese and Olives on Celery
Anti Pasto Salad with Olive Oil, Lemon, Garlic and a little Salt for Dressing
Rolled up Roast Beef with Mayo on it
Egg Salad on a bed of Lettuce with Black Olives

Hmm, that should fill you up.
 
I keep hearing well when you get off of it you will gain it all right back because your body is craving the carbs so much. What are ways to combat this.
