For those of you who are cutting and hate dieting..READ THIS

Okay, I've been thinking about posting this for a while now but I've finally decided to do so cuz I wanna help a few of you out since most of you are probably like me when it comes to dieting and cutting out certain foods etc.

here goes..and trust me, this diet works for cutting: you'll see why

Kakdiesel's Cheeseburger diet

When I am cutting, I eat cheeseburgers..Around 6 a day..and I lose fat..No joke..and here's how

For breakfast, lunch, and dinner I eat two cheeseburgers.

The hamburger beef is 4% lean, the cheese is fat free cheese singles, and the so called bun is two pieces of whole wheat bread.

Here's how it works out. These are the totals for macronutrient ratio's and calories

Bread (4 slices) 28 carbs, 16 protein, 4 fat, 200 calories
4% lean beef (8 oz = two patties) 0 carbs, 48 protein, 9 fat, 280 calories

I use mustard and diet ketchup as condiments that are almost neglible amounts of calories..i stack on the tomato, pickles, and lettuce which again, have neglible calories but add "ruffage" to my meal so I feel "fuller"

Total amount for each of the 3 meals I eat like that for the day?

28 carbs, 64 protein 13 fat , and roughly 500 calories

3 times a day, puts me at 84 carbs, 192 protein, 39 fat, and 1500 calories..

Now for my other three meals i eat (one between breakfast and lunch, one between lunch and dinner, and the same before bed), consists of 2 scoops of whey which works out to 10 grams of carbs, 42 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, and 260 calories each time.
Therefore, when you add all of this together, my total for the day is:

114 grams of carbs, 318 grams of protein, and 54 grams of fat, and a total of 2280 calories for the day and i'm always FULL

Now the logic behind this diet (which you should do for everyday for 3-4 weeks straight) is this:

You will never crave junkfood mcdonald's cheeseburgers (my favorite junkfood by the way) and by the end of the 3-4th week, you'll be so sick of cheeseburgers and the taste of it, that you'll be dying to get a can of tuna and some oatmeal..well at least it works for me...

Plus the greatest thing about this diet is that it is high in protein, low in carbs and keeps you full...basically every thing you need to have for a successful cutting cycle...

any opinions, questions or comments?? (by the way, sometimes I add a 1/2 tablespoon of flax with my protein shakes in the morning and afternoon so that adds an additional 140 calories total for the day which isnt that much more anyways.)

what's up kak? been a while!

Now for my reply to your post...

holy shit man, this actually makes sense... imma try it.

Now the only exception to this is my workout days (which is 4 days out of the week)

I just substitute on of the "cheeseburger" meals and have the same amount of macronutrients in other forms of food:

I eat a protein bar (mylo bioprotein, cookies and cream!)

it has 39 grams of carbs, 21 grams of protein, and 5 grams of fat and a total of 290 calories.

so as you can see, my calories go down about 200 for that day (which is why I add flax seed in that day to balance it out) while my carbs go up 11 grams (whoopty doo), and my protein falls down about 40 grams for that meal (versus my regular cheeseburger meal)...but with the "simple sugars' found in my protein bar, i'm ensuring fast delivery of glycogen replenishment while still keeping carbs low for the day..

make sense??

On yong hah sha mee kah

what up man..i quit the chat board here..i'm gonna stay strictly on training, supplementation, and stuff..no more drama for me..

just come for informational and educational purposes now

Actually, that diet would be EXCELLENT tofollow because red meat is high in l-alanine (sp?) which is amino acid that spares muscle, which would be great when dieting. I just don't like all that bread. But hey, it's all about the calories right?

wow..thanks for sharing some 411 to us starving bodybuilders out there.......my only beef with this is that your counting 3 protein shakes as 3 meals......in my diet i just use them to jack up my protein on top of eating 5 to 6 SOLID meals a day. dieting sucks and its more of a mental game then physical.......check out what im doing.....meal 1=protein shake and oatmeal, meal 2 is my cheat....grilled chicken breast sandwich with bun(2 breasts) from miami subs. meal 3 is lean steak grilled on my foreman, meal 4 is a big can of tuna(low sodioum),meal 5 is a boiled chicken breast, and then ill have a protein shake b4 i go to bed.....plus ill have a shake after i workout.....eating big wether pre-contest or off-season is the name of the game 4 results........karma always welcome:fro:

well bison would be nice but i'm a working chiropractic student..so right now i dont have bison bucks..only beef from kroger's along with my kroger plus card heheheh..

but seriously you all should look into this diet..it seriously helps and works..plus psychologically with teh whole cheeseburger taste and gettin sick of it almost, you will never or will almost never want to "cheat" while cutting with some junkfood
