Guys just did my first ocmp in WV and got three first place trophies after the comp I ate what I wanted for about three days I went from 165/170 to about 180 I know a lot of that is water retention from my body holding on to all the nutrients but does this ever disapate but if so when its now Sat and Im still 180 I wnated to be 175 for football camp on Wednesday any ideas guys thanks
 
dandelion route or one of any dieuretoic its edema excessive water retention i went from 191 to 220 my first show in 5 days
 
did you ever lose any of the excess water if so how long did it take i feel so tight and shit uncomfortable???
 
Yeah it is passing a little every day I just hope Im about 5 lbs less tomorrow for weigh ins for football so I dont get bitched at...talk to you guys when I get back from fball camp ahhhhh
