Guys just did my first ocmp in WV and got three first place trophies after the comp I ate what I wanted for about three days I went from 165/170 to about 180 I know a lot of that is water retention from my body holding on to all the nutrients but does this ever disapate but if so when its now Sat and Im still 180 I wnated to be 175 for football camp on Wednesday any ideas guys thanks
