I love clen. I have never taken any sup. that has given me results like clen. I support its use.

results do not equate to safety--and at its best, the days you use it your metabolism will increase by less than 10%--on the off days, your metabolism rebounds into a slower range.

moreover, given that the net amount of days used should equal days not used to avoid complete attenuation, you have a net lowering of your metabolism---but the damage to your heart has probably already already occurred.

in contrast, supplements that lay the groundwork for fat metabolism is proven to be a safe way to supplement weight loss via taking in less calories than you use.

I usually don't support weight loss supplements unless they have a prohormone in them...

Why would you only support weight loss supplements if they have prohormones in them? Fat loss aides don't need to be combined with androgens to be effective. A lot of people use AAS only during bulking cycles. It's during their time off, when they don't want to be taking suppressive PH/AAS that they cut down. Finally, things like EC and clen prevent muscle loss on their own.

Negative, anticatabolic effects were only shown in animals, not humans. This is a common misconception because people will read about the animal study and assume it translates to humans. Not so unfortunately.

lol...I think after a hardcore diet when you've lossed a shitload of water weight, you will rebound regardless of what you're on...

Yeah but i could drop weight on clen without a tight diet. So many rely on the substance (like i used to) instead of it being an addition to the core diet. So when the substance is discontinued and the sub par diet continues, waist expansion occurs.

You are absolutely right, but i think the class of people you speak of are top tier.

Sounds like it was your dose that wasn't right. Do you realize those side effects are dose-dependant?

they were .4mgs tabs. i felt bad after 1.5 tabs. its more of a persona preference to me. I though i looked better when i did my first show without clen or t3 than my 2nd when i used both.

I always promote diet first and for people with BF% in the teens to stay away for stimulants. Clen for me is only to help push my BF into single digits.

You have never tried the LIPOFLAME + LIPOstim3 Stack

so you dont understand how powerful they are.

Many or the ingredients are drug like in them and used in the medical field ( specifically for the aging)to keep them sharp.
These Nuerotropics just happen to be power fat loss agents as well.

It is good that it will never be clen--

And what about my advice makes little sense?--I would be glad to defend my position with hard scientific evidence and not bro-ology.


Most importantly, there is real evidence that some of clen's benefits (anti-catabolic) may be the reason for the enlargement and stiffening of skeletal muscle tissue via a significant influx of collagen fibers--not actual muscle cell enlargement.

Thus, the heart is not stronger, but actually degrades the actual muscle fibers and reduces cardiac output.

Now, is the degradation of cardiac output something that a person with a propensity to be over-fat something you think is a good thing?

For those of use that may use gear from time-to-time may have some enlargement of the left-ventricle which alone is not a terribly significant-- the addition of an agent that may very well stiffen the cardiac muscle and reduce output is not just not a very good idea.
