Fish is roughly 22-25g per 100g.
Personally I stick to fish (salmon,tuna) and chicken wen cutting. And beef,kangaroo wen bulking.
 
Well I did my first post about 2-3 weeks ago with a diet plan and stuff like that. Was walked through the whole bmr thing and stuff like that. So about 3 weeks ago I was 195 and 25% bf. I am currently 190, and a little bit of definition is starting to come in around my lats, legs, arms. Little crevasses between muscles and stuff. I can actually feel something in my bicep lol.
 
Don't know my bf%. I'm not overly concerned about that as long as I am seeing improvements. I'm trying not to live by the scale. I know it's a long slow process. I'd like to be around 13-15 % tho by next spring/summer with a bit more muscle. Idk really know what a reasonable amount is. Guess I'll know next year

Come on bro if ur over analyzing ur macros then u should definitely be measuring bodyfat % atleast once a fortnight. So many things come into play wen ur using the mirror technique, eg. I look lean and tight first thing in the morning (>10%) but once I've had all my meals i look thick as fuck (<10%) and cause ur new to it all u won't know the difference between 10% and 15% just from looking in the mirror
 
I know the right lighting helps lol, i would check bf% more but i need to find a place to buy one of those calipers and learn how to do it myself. one of the very serious guys at the gym that showed me his routine and helps me out alot had his one day so he did it for me.
