Food Poisoning

I think I had my first case of major food poisoning last night. Omg my stomach hurt so bad it was just as bad a labor contractions and I was up for hours :( It woke me in my sleep last night and intense pains in my stomach would come every 3-5 minutes causing me to get sick. I was sweating and shaking and thought I was going to die. Finally at 3am it finally calmed down and I was able to sleep. It was the most horrible feeling ever!!! Never eating that shit again.

I know exactly what caused it and I didn't want to eat there anyway, but my hubby and kids did. It was fuckin KFC! We were out yesterday and they all wanted it so I caved. I am not a big fan of that place and now I am never going to be able to eat there.

LOL!!!! I am not a big fan of fried chicken anyway. If I would have demanded something else I would have been ok, but I was being a good wife and mother :)

You said it has happeend to you before? What caused yours?

i honestly can't remember what cause it the first time i got it; it was some dinner i ordered from a hotel.

The second time it was fried oysters..def became one of the worst nights of my life

Yeah this stuff is no joke that is for sure. I didn't know what the hell was going on at first. I thought I would end up in the ER I felt like I was dying. lol
 
Did you have a lot of vomiting and diarrhea?

The pain you describe coming in waves seems more like a small bowel obstruction than food poisoning. Have you ever had abdominal surgery before?

Most gastroenteritis pain is a dull ache that is solid. However, things can vary from person to person, but food poisoning wouldn't be the first thing I would think of with your symptoms.
 
I've had food poisoning twice before. The worst feeling I've ever had. The last time I had it I thought I was going to die. I got so dehydrated my tongue swole up and I wasn't able to breathe. My wife came home from work and I was passed out halfway out of the bed, soaked with sweat and shivering. She took me to the hospital and I needed 3 i.v.'s of saline. I did get demoral, so it wasn't a total bust.

probably wasnt food poisoning just the incredibly disgusting food that is KFC. makes me go poopy pants too.

Last time I ate there I puked. I haven't been back since. That was over two years ago.

Yeah after last night I will NEVER eat there again. It's like when you get too sick on a certain liquor you just cannot stomach it again. I am done with KFC.

i got food poisoning in costa rica from bad seafood.

that was some serious shit. It was just me and my kids and I couldn't hold myself upright, let alone take care of them. very scary.
 
i had food poisoning once. . .fast food chinese. . .never again. . .in addition to hours of wretching, i hallucinated. . .little lawn gnome lookin' bastards runnin' around my house with butcher knives. . .my wife had to call one of my large friends (who also happened to be a doctor) to come sit on my ass to keep me from shooting the little sons-a-bitches. . .on the flipside, my abs looked totally awesome the next day. . .

lol funny story. I didn't hallucinate I just just sweated my ass off and had the shakes and well you know the other horrible stuff that happens when you have food poisoning.
 
I've had food poisoning a few times, not quite as bad as being sea sick though. I was seasick for a week when I was in Alaska + HAD to work while I was sick. Imagine stuffing bait bags and puking in the bait bin while on a 110ft boat in 40ft seas for 20 hours a day.

Haha no, but everytime I visit down south I get a can of boiled peanuts and some Crystal's burgers.

lol yeah I am actually from the midwest. I like the south, but not a fan of fried chicken. I don't hate it, but other things I prefer to eat.
