in 6 weeks i'll be taking creatine to get bigger and stronger, but i'm training for a sport so i'll sacrifice size to stay lean. i'll eat probably 800more (clean) calories a day but i don't want to add fat.
1) By adding about 2000mg of ALA throughout the day,while taking the creatine, will i be able to stay lean?
I realize not to bulk and cut together, so i'm cutting now, then want to add size 6 weeks from now, but just lbm.
2)Will i still add muscle size with that amount of ALA? btw im 6'3" 200lbs?
i searched but ALA searches are full of other stuff too
