Follistatin 344 really works for growth?

I’ve always been fascinating with myostatin inhibitors for years as a hard gainer
follistatin344 is now being sold by a lot of sources who sell peptides and alike. Does this stuff really work and how are you supposed to stack it for best results?
I’m 6’1’’ 157 pounds and lean. Want to put on more mass

Follistatin 344 works but you're better off with igf-1

There really isn't any true myostatin inhibitors. If there were everyone would take them. Myostatin always wins
