although i had some assist on the 3rd rep.

hands slightly wider than shoulder width.

i don't think that's too bad considering my last max was 200 x 3 in the beginning of december, with a some assist on the 3rd rep. and in September when i started lifting, i couldn't do 165.

going for Deadlift PR tomorrow. Target is 285x3. secondary target is to outdeadlift my partner, who deadlifts as much as i do (but i outlift on everything else). we'll see how that goes.

no more PR attempts after tomorrow's deadlift until maybe the end of the summer. but for now, i :garza:

still kinda stoked about it.

ok, i'm stoked. it was good. i like seeing progress, definetly.

now i'm one of those "punk kids" in the gym with 15" arms and a 225 (well, slightly over that) bench press that thinks they're hot shit :D
