Flushing YMCA Bench Press Comp 11/22 STUPID RULE

I just called over there and spoke to Jim Henry (718) 961-6880 and one of the rules is no arching, someone complained and said it was cheating. I tried to explain to him that is was proper form, but to no avail.

I'm still going and competing w/ my arch; I trained that way and will compete that way.

Last Y comp they changed the rules if enough people bitched. So if some volunteers would bitch to them and maybe we can make it arch optional.


He also told me that I di fine at the last meet and that they had someone watching for people arching and I arched big time, pics in my trainng log.

I'm goiny to DESTROY my PR.
