Damn fleas all over my house from my sister's stupid dog. What is the best way to get rid of them?

or place a reading lamp on the floor and a bowl of dishwashing detergent mixed with a lil water,this will draw them and the bowl will get em... it really works but if they are all over the house you will need to nuke em.
