flaxseed meal for gyno/also has anyone seen BIZ?

has anyone tried this with any success??...i hear its the only thing really proven to help gyno besides surgery.

also its been awhile since i have been around...glad to see you all the old guys and alot...i repeat ALOT of new guys..hell I remember when there were only 4 mods here...

which reminds me..what happened to the MOD. BIZ???
