not that is is a huge deal but i think eating alot of seeds can be hard on the intestines as they pass thru. I have a good friend who has diver ticulitus(intestine problem) and if he eats seeds they lodge in the intestine and cause sever pain
I get them whole from Wild Oats and grind them for a few seconds in the coffee grinder so they are fresh and mix them in water - my wife mixes it in Cranberry Juice/water as they recommend in the Fat Flush Plan book:
I eat them whole or I grind them up. I buy them at the grocery store in the health food section. I like them...but I can take the oil too if you guys don't think I'm getting enough be eating the seeds.
