Im currently takin flax seed oil pills, which contains - 1g (1000mg) then says Alpha-linolenic Acid (Omega-3) 700 mg... I take two a day, so double the value for my daily intake... But what im wondering is if im missing out on anything... Im alergic to most fish, (except tuna and very few other kinds) so im scared of takin the fish oil, which i think will make my throat close up like fish normaly does... When i read the fish oil caps, its a little diff.. fish oil 1g (1000mg) then says EPA (Elcosapentaenoic Acid) DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) and total omega-3 fatty acids 300 mg. Am i missing out on EPA and DHA since i only take the flax seeds? Or am i fine with just that?
