Flax Seed Oil Purchase

Going at lunch today to get Flax for the first time. I've been reading lots on it. I eat extremely low fat, and think its time to try.

Question. Its not going to be refrigerated when I buy it, is it?
Only after I open it...right? If I take a dose with my afternoon protein shake, put it in my cooler here at work, will it be okay by the time I get home?

No better way to find out than to ask......

it will be fine . i would reccomend udos oil it is a blend of different oils and is superior to falx seed oil, but a little more costly. flax seed is good though

what about flax pills are those not as good as the oil or the same thing?

I got Barleans (?) liquid Flax. It was in the refrigerated section.

1st tsp with lunch, and then with a shake later. 3 tsp a day right?

If I get good results, maybe I'll try the Udo's.

defenitively no

if you can find the oil (in bottle) it is much better (and cheaper) than the pills
