Flavored coffee on a keto diet??

I can not find any information on falvored coffee. I like duncan dounuts hazlenut coffee ( no, i'm not gay) . Does the hazlenut or any other flavors such as french vinella etc. contain sugar or type of carbs? Do you folks drink it while on a keto diet?

Depends if it is ground hazelnut coffee or do they use the syrup to give it a hazlenut flavoring (some Dunkin Donuts use the syrup). The syrup usually has a good amount of sugar in it, so I would avoid it. I have used ground flavored coffees without any problems.

Max, I only use ground flavored... just curious on how thwy flavor it and if it contains any sugar?
