Flat Bench PR!!!!

Haven't been doing a lot of flat work lately, mainly focusing on overhead pressing...but felt strong today. Did a lot of tric and shoulder rotation work on Monday...it really helped a lot.

Did 427 today and MIGHT have had some more. You never know though..the extra weight could have crushed my speed and broke me at my weakest point...

NICE bro.... I miss flat benching. I have laid off the past few weeks cause of RC pain. Maybe I 'll try some today and test it out.

I finally got it up! Just had to uninstall realplayer and reinstall Windows Media Player. I finally got to see a video.

Nice job, babe....I am very proud of you.

strong island: I never have a spot, lift off, etc... I do have some safety pins on the bottom of my power rack. They have saved my life more than once.

brooklynboy: good luck!!!! Remember that technique is key!!! Eat a LARGE meal tonight...several times.

Bfold - 2 questions. One, is there a reason that you don't do extensions on you mpeg files? They all just show gibberish for me.

Secondly, can you post those pics of you back at 160lbs again? Awesome transformation.

I will see if I can find the pic of me at 175 again. Wish I would have taken pics at 152 when I started...

File extensions like squat.mpg or whatever. The one's of you at 172 is that the martial arts shots you had up before? Do you remember that thread's name? I could just find them that way. Thanks man.

Greek God_damn Greek: Thanks. With a little more weight my speed MIGHT have slowed a bit and I might have gotten stuck. Who knows. I think that was the first time I had ever used the ammonia caps before a bench. I have used them before events or before deadlifts before though :) Garry Frank keeps a bottle of ammonia in his gym and sniffs it often...lol

Now that you asked... for me it downloads the file as text (.txt) files, when I copy/paste 'em. Funny thing.

Very good job. Especially when one considers that you do not spend much time focusing on heavy benching.
