You can build a bit with squats, hacks and lunges but honestly alot of genetics and you may be stick with that to a degree. Do what you can but accept the outcome.

That's exactly what I was gonna' say. Genetics, my friend. You can add muscle but the shape is what it is.
Here's a better idea: forget what women want and just be happy being you. Do what you can. Stay in shape. Do some squats. Take pride in your body. But accept the fact that you can't be 110% in all areas all the time.
went from 240 - 150lbs...lost my ass completey.....now back to 190lbs....and the ladies love it....why? Squats =] just as CS outlined....3x week did it for me.
