I know some of you guys are gonna tell me that I have things basackwards but this is what I decided

I taper up and down and keep the fina away from the deca. Its the longest by six weeks that I've ever done, and its my fourth cycle. I am 6'5 278 and 15%. I don't want to gain that much maybe 5 or ten pounds of muscle, but I will be more cardio to get leaner. Cals probably stay the same cause Im dieting right now(3300cals/day).
