I dont know of any bodybuilder/weight lifter/power lifter/strong man/oly lifter that has as much as 20g a day, and even after researching only came accross one study which dealt at a dose like that. 1-2 teaspoons of this per day is more than enough.
Most guys/girls (gotta be PC) here will take Flax Oil. Problem is, the body has to break this down into EPA and DHA and during that process allot of those healthy fats are lost, which is why I use this product (of clinical quality). It has a lemon taste which is great too, and it very rarely repeats itself on me (burps).
If you want to check out the benefits of EPA DHA do a search on google - there is a tonne of all round benefits, there really is.
