First week of Radar's workout program.

After reading through this thread and a few pm exchanges with radar I went ahead and did the arm routine today! All I can say is wow, it was brutal. i come from a wrestling background and the type of weight training i'm used to is strength based. Since i stopped wrestling i've been more into physique development. The arm routine really hits the target muscles HARD! Lowering the weight and performing slow squeezing reps in the fashion that radar describes just demolishes the muscle. I'm on cycle at the mo and am going to run the full routine throughout, i'm excited at the potential of this programme, thanks alot RADAR!!!! I'll post up my results and some photos in 4 months time.
 
i can definitely see how this would add mass quickly while on. my question is has anyone done this program while off... or can someone recommend a good off program similar to this one.

This program is for everyone, the best part about it is you get to use a starting weight based upon your Size and strength.don't be intimidated if you have to start with just the bar, Remember the road to success starts with just one step!
 
Hey radar, nice workout I'm going to give it a go in a few weeks. Do you incorporate cardio into this routine or are the workouts enough given their nature?
