Read a load on this site and you all seem very helpful.
After talking to a mate decided I'm going to do my first cycle.
Don't hate on me for being a noob at this but what do you think?
Weeks 1-10 test e 500mg (Wednesday 250mg+ sat 250mg)
Weeks 1-4 dbol 30mg a day
Weeks 13-14 novaldex
Is this alright for a first cycle?
Some info on me
been going to the gym seriously for 2 1/2 years.
Started out at 6'2 130lbs now 195lbs 14% 6'2
Lifts
Bench 90kg (not benching now though fixing rc issues)
Squat 130kg
Deadlift 170kg 1rm
Diet
I eat a lot of oats with protein whilst working.
Chicken pasta rice and brocolli 2 times a day
I enjoy a lot if full cream milk! 2-3L daily (fits my macros)
I will keep a blog of the cycle and hopefully you guys can help me along the way!
