First time Test E cycle - PCT questions

Hi all. I have got my hands on 20 ampules of Testobolin (test E) 250mg/1ml. I am going to do a cycle of 500mg per week, and am just sorting out the PCT side of it, just want to check if what im thinking is correct.
2 weeks after my last jab, PCT will start.

Nolvadex
Day 1: 60mg
Days 2-7: 40mg
Days 8-29: 20mg

Clomid
Day 1: 300mgs
Days 2-7: 100mgs
Days 8-21: 50 mgs

Few Q's.
1. Am i right in thinking administration of both drugs start on the same day, 14 days after last jab?
2. Do I need to add HCG to my PCT stack?
3. Also the source im considering buying off (rxprohub) sells the generic forms (ie clomiphene citrate for clomid and tamoxifen for nolvadex). I assume these are the same things right?
4. When starting the cycle, is it better to just start off with 500mg/week from day 1? or is there a prefered way.

You can start by giving us age,training history,Weight,BF etc...things like that!

1 -since this is your first cycle you can get by with clomid(my pick however would be forma Stanazol/unleashed.
2-not necessary
3-yes you are correct
4- 500 per week starting at Day one, for constant blood levels take 250 on Mon and 250 on Thurs.





things you should know to make your cycle sucessful


You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some Protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods,not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Wow! I normally get lost in eating healthy but you broke it down G! Going to the grocery market right now!
 
Thanks Radar. I have planned a diet for my cycle, It goes as follows.

Meal 1 - Breakfast - Porrige (200g oatmeal - full fat milk)
Meal 2 (before work) - 6 Scrambled eggs and toast
Meal 3 (work snack) - chicken breast wrap / pasta dish / flapjack / something clean with high cals
Meal 4 (work break) - 2 lean sirloin steaks [I work at a restaurant and staff discount means that 2 quality steaks will cost next to nothing]
Meal 5 (snack) - See meal 3
protein shake pre workout
protein shake post workout
Meal 6 - some sort of meal before bed

If i can stick to this diet, i should put on some good size. The key to it is getting up an hour earlier to prepare meals for the day at work, and eat breakfast.

Edit - And another thing. The bit about 250mg twice a week, does it make much of a difference? Im not the biggest fan of injections, but if its going to benefit then not too bothered about it.
 
Yes twice a week is optimal to once a week, you can also use insulin shots which could be easier 29"gauge .5" pin and shoot to the stomach (or somewhere with fats) altho intramuscular injection makes the hcg absorbed faster.
i would start hcg at week 3 through to a week before pct start (to prevent testicular atrophy)
i would also use arimidex during cycle at 0.25mg eod to control estrogen levels and water retention
also n2guard for cycle support
i would just use nolva and drop the clomid
week 1/2/3/4
nolva 20/20/10/10 everyday
and aromasin works well with nolva as an ai during pct
and hcregen during pct
then you should be good to go buddy

Yea don't just stab your ass. Work your areas especially quads. Easy to pin and you can use two hands so you can aspirate.

Pin twice a week is optimal because of the half life in test. 250 Monday and then the next 250 on Thursday keeps your blood levels in step.

But more important than any gear is your diet. If you can't gain and lose weight without it you won't keep any of your gains after your cycle is over.

I also agree with Radar, I wouldn't touch the Nolva or Clomid especially on a test only cycle. I just used Forma Stanzol as an anti E and letro for just in case gyno gets out of control. then HCGenerate or bridge for pct along with if you an afford Phytoserms. Good luck.
